Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment and check in at the front desk. Our staff will guide you to the appropriate exam room depending on the service you’re receiving.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact our office at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. We’re happy to work with you to find another suitable date, but no shows affect our entire schedule and all of our patients. Please let us know if you’re unable to make it so we can take great care of you next time you can come in!
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards for payment – AmEx, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard are all accepted gladly. Unfortunately we do not accept checks under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding!
